CRIAA SA-DC is an association of development professionals involved on a professional or voluntary basis in international co-operation and socio-economic development of the southern African region and other developing countries.

CRIAA SA-DC was formed in 1996 following the closure of the Centre for Research-Information-Action for Development in Africa (CRIAA) a French NGO based in Paris due to its restructuring.  CRIAA SA-DC secured the continuation of CRIAA’s activities in the southern Africa region and developed into an independent European-southern African development and consultancy service.

CRIAA SA-DC is registered in Namibia as an Incorporated Association Not-for-Gain (Reg no 21/97/069) and in Europe as Association CRIAA SA-DC (Law of 1 July 1901 – declared on 4/06/1996, no 1555 in Journal Officiel de la République Française)
