TECHNOLOGY
CRIAA SA-DC provides both research and technical
assistance on projects. Appropriate technologies include milling machines
for grain processing, pre-cleaners and graders, fruit pulp presses, oil
extractors and decorticators. Local workshops & marketing venues have
also been created such as the Katatura Artisans Project & the Okahandja
Craft Market.
