on the condition of the marula fruit, a juice extraction rate of 30
- 40% by weight has been achieved. The press 'cage is interchangeable
for oil or juice extraction. |

The press
has a 12kg whole fruit capacity, meaning that the resultant quantity
of juice may vary from 3.6 to 4.8 kg. Generally the best yields are
obtained after a double pressing. |
